EASY 200F

Innovative ‘all in one’ laser marking system characterized by a great flexibility of use and equipped with a Z motorized axis at high precision and speed. Laser Engraving

BSS 3D (Deep Laser Engraving)

The Sisma Laser System specific for 2D and 3D deep engraving on moulds, punches and electrodes through movement of the laser source on a portal with 3 axes with a range of 350 mm. The centering is done through an high resolution ultra compact camera; working cycles, positioning and programming are managed from the master software.

  • Control: Windows PC with PCI board, RS232 Software SISMA Laser Controller 
  • Interface: PLC, data network (ethernet), digitals I/O
  • Software: SLC software for files management marking parameters defining. Accepted extensions SVG, BMP, JPG, HTML, PLT; control system for axis and camera for abject centering, positioning and programming engraving cycles. Entirely developed in SISMA. 
  • Options: Rotary axis, dragging system with winder, dynamic measuring device, fumes aspirator, static clamping vice.

SWA150 & SWA 300

The SWA150/300 is laser welding and mould repair machine for welding with and without electronic solder in moulds, resistances, thermocouples and micro parts. All welding units are equipped with generators laser characterized by great optics reliability and optimum homogeneity of the welding point.

The SWA150/300 enables the repair in particularly difficult areas and enables welding close to showing high-quality functions. The SWA model is a laser class IV suitable for repair of large pieces. The machine is equipped with optical head with sustained by a spherical node microscope which allows easily the inclination of the beam of laser depending on the shape of parts to repair. Easy and multiple regulations allow the maximum flexibility of work.
