Leadwell recently launched their brand new state-of-the-art facility in Taichung. The 43,500m² purpose-built premises has the capacity of building double the amount of new machines in a month. The factory's production will be evenly split between Lathes and Machining Centers, which are sold to a network of 45 dealers worldwide, including continuing sole agency for WD Hearn in South Africa, a relationship that started in 1987.

The new facility announcement comes during Leadwell's 40th anniversary year, which will be officially celebrated during the second half of 2020. WD Hearn would like to congratulate Leadwell on being the oldest CNC machine builder in Taiwan, providing 40 years of excellence in the production of the highest quality machine tools, and outstanding customer service.
