WFT 11 - Table Type Horizontal Boring Machine
Horizontal Boring Mill WFT 11 CNC is a smaller version of Fermat Bestseller machine WFT 13 CNC. The ball screw of Y Axis (diameter of 63 mm) a rigid column made of grey cast iron and a powerfull spindle with a diameter of 110 mm guarantees the quality of this machine. The high accuracy of WFT 11 is supported by the use realiable components such as Heidenhain linear scales or a monitoring and stabilizing temperature systems. Moreover the high positioning precision is achieved by two servo´s on the axis that prevent a backlash of the table (part of a standard configuration).
Machine Axes - WFT 11 CNC offers four linear (X,Y,Z a W) and one rotary axis (B). A full servo rotary table option allows continuous B-axis rotation (contouring) simultaneously with X, Y, Z, or W axes.

WFT 13 - Table Type Horizontal Boring Machine
Because of its modern design, WFT 13 is a universal boring and milling machine that allows efficient processing of large and heavy workpieces while utilizing high precision and quality of operation.
Machine Axes
WFT 13 offers four linear and one rotary axis travel (X, Y, Z, W and B). A full servo rotary table option allows continuous B-axis rotation (contouring) simultaneously with X, Y, Z, or W axes.
During metal cutting, the column of the machine adopts Z-axis movement and the workpieces are clamped on a rotary table that travels in X-axis.
The Y-axis ball screw (diameter 80 mm), rigid column and powerful headstock, further contribute to the precision and rigidity of the machine. Other features such as Heidenhain linear scales, standard spindle thermal monitoring system, and no slip stick rotary table contribute to the high degree of accuracy.

WFT 15 - Table Type Horizontal Boring Machine
WFT 15 CNC represents a new model of table type horizontal boring mill. The machine feature is the live rigid spindle of 150 mm diameter and a spindle stroke of 1 000 mm. The main 51 kW motor enables to reach higher turning torque compare to WFT 13 CNC. Z Axis is provided with a linear guideway. The machine is allows efficient processing of large and heavy workpieces with high precision and quality of operation.
Machine Axes:
WFT 15 CNC offers four linear (X,Y,Z a W) and two rotary axes (B a C). A full servo rotary table option allows continuous B-axis rotation (contouring) simultaneously with X, Y, Z, or W axes. The column travels horizontally on linear guideways, the workpieces are clamped on a rotary table that travels in X-axis and the spindle travels vertically in Y Axis.

Horizontal Boring Machine WRFT 130/150/160 CNC represents the newest technology and concept of large table type horizontal borers that are currently on the market. Powerful headstock consists of a movable slide ram (V-axis) and a moveable live spindle (W-axis).
Because of this modern design, Fermat WRFT 130/150/160 CNC is a universal boring and milling machine that allows efficient processing of large and heavy workpieces while utilizing high precision and quality of operation.

WRFT 150 offers 6 axes travel (X, Y, Z, V, W and B). Given additional optional accessories, it is possible to increase the number of controlled axes. During metal cutting, the column of the machine adopts Z-axis movement and the workpieces are clamped on a rotary table that travels in X-axis.

WFC 10 CNC TABLE TYPE HORIZONTAL BORING MACHINE
The WFC 10 CNC machine is a new model of horizontal boring mill equipped with a spindle diameter of 100 mm. It is the smallest horizontal boring machine from the Fermat production suitable for machining for machining of smaller and medium sized work pieces up to 3000 kg. WFC 10 CNC is built in a standard configuration with a fixed column, moveable spindle and crosswise moveable rotary table. Due its high reliability, high cutting performance with easy of operation. The combination of operator friendly, high cutting performance and lower cost makes the WFC 10 CNC very popular with our clients. WFC 10 CNC is optionally equipped with the Automatic Tool Changer (ATC), Coolant Through Spindle, Chip Conveyor or Automatic Pallet Changer System (APC).
