OMP-40-2 (Optical Probe - Milling )

For workpiece inspection and job set-up on small to medium machining centres and small multi‑tasking machines.

The OMP40-2 is an ultra-compact 3D touch-trigger probe with optical signal transmission. It is used for workpiece set-up inspection on small to medium machining centres, and on the growing number of high-speed machines fitted with small HSK and spindle tapers. Its compatibility with all Renishaw optical receivers enables users to upgrade existing installations easily.

OMP-60 Optical Transmission Probe

For workpiece inspection and job set-up on all sizes of machining centres and small to medium multi-tasking machines.

The OMP60 is a compact 3D touch-trigger probe with optical signal transmission that is used for workpiece set-up inspection on a wide range of medium and large machining centres. It offers users an up to 90% reduction in set-up time, as well as a reduction in scrap and fixture costs. 

Compatibility with all Renishaw optical receivers (legacy and new generation) enables users to easily upgrade existing installations.

RMP60 Radio Transmission Probe

The RMP60 is a compact spindle probe with radio signal transmission which offers automated part set-up and in-cycle gauging on machining centres, including 5-axis machines.

The traditional Renishaw kinematic resistive probe mechanism in the RMP60, combined with a unique and secure frequency hopping transmission protocol, make it ideal for the modern machine shop where harsh environments mean line-of-sight between probe and interface is not always possible.
